1. IELTS or TOEFL score should be minimum 6.0.
2. Bank Statement (Education Loan) must be of around 1 to 3 million(10 to 30 lakhs).
3. Annual Income of sponsor(s) must be sufficient for meeting financial criteria.
4. All the documents should be attested by authorized government official.
5. Minimum 12 years of educational qualification is needed.
6. Other documents necessary for visa application.
   

   Note: Applicants willing to apply for visa having intention of terminating to 'Refugee' or 'Overstay' are strictly prohibited to visit Nordic.  In addition, Nordic can not help for application for Green Card or Immigration.

Nordic feels glad to serve you in one of the major steps i.e. visa application process for going abroad with various interests.  We would like you to read the terms and conditions of Nordic pointed out below before you fill the application form.

This is a service agreement of Nordic with applicant for the visa processing to abroad.  It should be understood and signed by both the parties before commencing the service.

1. There is no compulsion of conducting visa process from Nordic before you sign this agreement but you must do so once both of the parties sign on this agreement.

2. Applicant must pay the initial service charge before forwarding application to an educational institution abroad for coverage of our administrative cost.  The initial service charge depends upon the type of visa and country applying to.

3. Applicants reserve right to put their queries regarding the application until they wouldn't be cleared but Nordic members are not responsible to answer those queries which are not concerned with the application and visa.

4. Nordic provides help with the ideas and instructions regarding documentation but can not help with the preparation of documents for e.g. income statement, etc.  Applicants are responsible for preparing them.

5. Applicant must provide clear information in course of application process but is not bound to report any personal matter which does not make any consideration with application.

6. All the documents presented by applicant are, believed by Nordic, to be true and original and contain right information.

7. Nordic preserves the right of privacy of every applicant and so does applicant must do.

9. Nordic is not a visa provider rather it gives assistance and counseling for increasing the probability of getting visa approved.

10. Nordic is not responsible for rejection of visa so that the right of making final decision over visa application is reserved by the diplomatic institution (High Commission/Embassy).     

11. The tuition fee deposited by the student to the college is not refundable. If in any case, the student gets judicial permission to get the fee back, it will be refunded only if the student comes back to Nepal. The fee will be returned back by the college in the concerning embassy in Nepal.

12. A student who is willing to study at Denmark of Norway must have two-way ticket i.e. Kathmandu to Denmanrk and Denmark to Kathmandu, Kathmandu to Norway and Norway to Kathmandu at the time of collecting ticket before flying.    

13. Nordic reserves all the rights to decide whether or not to conduct the visa application process.

If students are interested to do overtime job during the vacation, they are suggested to register to the Labor Union in Denmark and get the membership for getting overtime work permit. It helps them earn legal money and benefits them to make money when he/she is out of job. The union provides them financial assistance in such case.
